About the game
Deity Wars is a trading card game similar to Rage of Bahamut. Previously available in only Japan where it enjoyed an 800,000 player base. Deity Wars was released for the Android platform on July 13th, 2012 and for iOS on Aug 6, 2012. Set in the year 809 during the Dimensional Ascension of Ragna, Deity Wars allows players to take control of creatures trapped in cards, using their powers to complete quests and fight battles. Cards are made stronger through Enhancement, Evolution, and Materials. The game features Quests, Pvp, Raid Battles, and periodic Events. The game is a release by Crooz International.
On January 24th, 2014, Crooz issued a notice that the Deity Wars service would end on March 31st 2014 at 5am.
Playing the game
Players have a set number of Attack Points (AP), which increase automatically as the player levels, and Battle Points (BP), which do not; AP is used to progress through quests, while BP is used for pvp and raids. Additionally, players gain Magic Points (MP) as they level, which can be put into either Attack or Defense to increase the number and power of cards in the player's decks. Players can build only one defense deck, but may have up to five custom attack decks at a time.
